Hi Trey-- thanks for reaching out. There are a few differences between cleanRfield and other programs, although I'm not familiar with the exact functionality of Proagrica Summit. The first is that cleanRfield improved batch processing features compared to other options, which is helpful when processing many yield maps at once. It also has a unique automated boundary delineation feature (useing rasterField and boundaryField together) that generates polygons around the edges of fields without the need for importing pre-existing shapefiles for field boundaries. I personally prefer using cleanRfield and other command line programs for spatial data processing as compared to point-and-click softwares like SMS or ArcMap since the command line records exactly how the data was processed, improving replicability of my research workflow.
One thing cleanRfield can't do that some programs like SMS can is adjust flow delays.
