Experience: Min 1+ years

Job Description
Ø He/She should have excellent communication skills.
Ø Strong Technical US Recruiting/Staffing experience on all technologies
Ø Person needs to follow full Recruitment life cycle. Starting from sourcing CV, screening, negotiating rates , coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate.
Ø Person need to source Requirements through own contacts and job postings on the Internet, in-house database and personal network.
Ø He/She should be well versed US geography and with US Tax system (W2, 1099, Corp 2 Corp, Contract 2 Hire).
Ø Timely submission of qualified candidates for open requirements
Ø Follow Company policy for interviewing, selection, assessments and hiring of all Consultants.
Ø He/She should have a Huge database of the vendors and the Prime Vendors and Should maintain good relations with the Prime vendors
Ø Should have great experience in Searching the requirements in the Job Portals
Ø Should have a Great experience placing and Handling the OPT/COT/H1B/GC's and US Citizens
Ø Should be well Versed with the technical Skills and should have knowledge on Finding the perfect Match resumes
Ø Should be able to meet targets and deadlines
Ø Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
Ø Involve in all the post -selection activities, Someone who can dedicatedly work with the sales team independently
Ø Must have basic knowledge of Windows 95/98/2000/XP, Outlook and be proficient using spreadsheets and word processing programs (preferably, Microsoft Word and Excel).
