12 Months
* Proven development and architectural experience with Java, J2EE and Groovy on Grails, Restful Services, JSON, Spring framework(MVC, batch), Spring - JPA/JDBC
* Wide breadth of knowledge of technology stacks and frameworks, and an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses
* Capable of individual contribution/coding to a high percentage (70-80%), and lead and coach the small team of developers (currently 3) in Grails/Java development (20% or so)
* Experience in Agile Development and methodologies
* Fluent with Git, GGTS/Eclipse, Tomcat 7 and Linux (RHEL)
* Good understanding about with Gradle build, grails builder, Javascript, jquery
* Experience in Junit, Spock+Geb testing frameworks
* Knowledge of Chef, Jenkins will be an added advantage
* Experience in development with Gemfire and willingness to learn new technology
