Bibliotheca self check opinions?

Hi all,

We're looking at replacing a number of our self checks. We currently have the Bibliotheca 1000s in our locations, but we're exploring replacing them with 500s.  We're nearing the end of the budget cycle so there's some urgency at this point. 

What is your experience with the 500s, and if you've had both the 500s and the 1000s which do you prefer? 

Are you seeing fewer cash transactions now? Do you have the cash modules on your machines or have you moved to just credit?

At Denver Public, we now have all 1000s and we like them.  No issues. We do not have self pay enabled.
