Non-Traditional Collections

Hello, peers.

Does your library offer an experiential collection with items such as cultural passes, circulating technology, interactive kits, etc.? 

If so, do you have a person or persons who are responsible for coordinating these? I'm thinking things like updating outdated parts and info, resolving missing elements, etc.  Is this a particular position within your library?

We have a person in our Collection Management department that manages the culture passes, and other things have various other owners. It's spread out among different departments and seems to have evolved from various individuals developing those programs.
