0.23.9 build fails

for the authentication issue I tried to reinstall example-dot.org:
Failed to install asn1-types-0.3.0
Build log ( /home/peter/devel/clckwrks/.cabal-sandbox/logs/asn1-types-0.3.0.log ):
cabal: /home/peter/devel/clckwrks/.cabal-sandbox/logs/asn1-types-0.3.0.log:
does not exist

- the update of clckwrks to 0.23.9 depends on happstack-authenticate-2.2.0 (not yet on Hackage)
  added source to sandbox from github
- building of 0.23.9 fails (see above)
- http://github.com/vincenthz/hs-asn1-types does exist any more

I'm stuck

Meantime I have learned that the (cryptic) message occurs when cabal failed to get the source of a package.
One solution is to download the source manually and add-source to the sandbox.
