Hey everyone!

 

With the covid restraints in The fall retreat has had to under go some major changes. It with be a one day event that can be streamed from you church. We all be logged into zoom and able to interact Plus we will be able to see and hear the speaker (Jeremy Osterwalder) live together.

 

If you are able I am encouraging churches to meet up in smaller groups to stream the event together.

 

We will be doing some jackbox type games through zoom. As well as a photo scavenger hunt that will be able to be done in any city or town no matter your location. Afterward there will be a trophy which will be mailed to the winning church

 

SATURDAY NOV 7th

12 pm           Welcoming games – buy a shirt or two from value village and freeze it in a small bucket and have your youth group team or team break it open and wear it. They must come up with a team name based off the shirt.

1:00 pm       Session with Jeremey

2 pm            Snack – you can have them bring there own or provide

3 pm         Photo Scavenger hunt

5:30 pm    Competitive games

6:30 pm      Closing Ceremony with trophy to winning team/Church

7 pm           Go home
