Hello all!
As we approach September 24th I just want to keep everyone in the loop…so we are all on the same page! The schedule is ostensibly the same. We are going to add a couple of things. As I previously mentioned we will begin to monitor a couple of classes. This will eventually result in either changing the class – moving the class – or moving on. Moving on can mean trying another instructor or maybe even just taking the class off overall. We are all safe! I haven’t told anyone they are in danger. Don’t get nervous!!! I am going to do what I can to push some marketing and what not. I mean overall the class schedule is intact. The classes have held their own throughout the summer. I am very pleased! Still that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t tweak – improvise – make way for something new and or different!
Monday
- TRAINING CAMP will return to 9am in STUDIO B
- *while I have everyone! BIG UPS to DORIAN CERVANTES!!! The hardest working FIT PRO I know…hands down! She has turned my concept of DASH 45 Running with Strength xing principle’s into a thing! I totally took a page out of the running club so I am not a total genius but we made something out of nothing so go figure!!! Thank you DORIAN for your brilliance!!!
Tuesday
- ART Method (Shoulders – Ribs – Naval – Feet) This mindful entire fitness vinyasa has shown promise! I often ask..is it the class or the instructor? Well with Leslie Howitt in mind its clearly BOTH!!!! She has been nothing short of brilliant since day 1 so it is what it is!!!!! This class is on Tuesdays at 10:15am.

- SWEAT CYCLE or something else! 6:30pm Studio B. I am going back and forth with JODI BROCKINGTON (cycling extraordinaire)We may try again to get our SPIN on or turn it into a HIIT/METCON in studio B!

Wednesday
- YOGA MOVEMENT RECIPES(a continuous experiment of MOVEMENT!) is brand new and will both on Wednesday’s and Thursdays at 8AM!!!! Our very own “MADELINE FULTON” is ready to create a serious buzz with some killer moves. Its primal and shes stoked and excited as we all should be!!!!
Thursday
- THRIVE Functional Training in studio A returns at 9am . With an emphasis on Small Group Training Camaraderie – Team Play come into effect while we get stronger and move better!
- POWER PILATES this is going to be a redux! The almighty MAEVE MCKEWEN wants to change it up! I Totally agree! I will help to promote coming in on Thursday afternoons (POWER LUNCHES WITH MAEVE!!!!) She moves brilliantly She is brilliant…it’s a no brainer! This refresh is sure to bring them in…exciting times!!!!!
- YOGA MOVEMENT again at 8am WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY with Madeline Fulton
Friday
- RECOVER (reset – reinforce – reload) Take a step back on Friday mornings returns. At 9am it started to turn into something so we will try it once again! Fascial Release – primal patterns…SOLD!
SUNDAY
- THE RIDE – Sarah Willis and her ride will make a triumphant return. Shes a skilled rider. She haS what it takes. Gonna try and breathe some life into this SUNDAY 10am thing!!!!!
Everyone else just needs to continue being as amazing as you have been! WE will all talk individually about what we can do with what we have to offer significant impacts on these peoples lives!
