Hi Guys. The voice of Clayart was once very loud. Through the years I
collected information about porcelain in a Word document.

Have I ever told you that Clayart was my refuge when I was still learning
to speak (proper) English? ....when I had to adjust to new raw materials in
the States after 20 years of working in South Africa.

A funny thing was that there was always someone correcting my English in
private.... today my children and grandkids correct me all the time on
accent and grammar!

Most of all I learned so much from Clayarters... much more than I'll ever
learn from social media; we had to read to understand, not look at
images....

Now as I am working through this document for my (hopefully) future
porcelain book, I find so many golden nuggets; some reminding me of things
and others just reminding me of the great potters that crossed my path over
the years.

Best wishes,

Antoinette Badenhorst

Thanks Bill, I was collecting information about crystalline fired porcelain
the other day and thought about you. The book is coming along very slowly.
I find myself researching the researched material.

Best wishes,

Antoinette Badenhorst
