Sediment transport in GeoClaw

Hello all,

Following David's idea, I post a mail to know if some of you are working on integrating sediment transport equations in GeoClaw.

I did it only partially for now, without strong coupling (asynchronous cause I'm working with stochastic source terms from erosion/deposition).

I'm going to program it more rigorously soon. If anyone is interest, i would be please to cooperate !
