There is an interesting blog here by the head of the WI who is in
Germany visiting renewable energy projects.

some sense out of DECC and the Ministers.

Talking about revolutions, I continue to be puzzled by the revolution
count mystery.
I assume you were referring to the 4th Revolution film, while Chris
Huhne in his speech at the Renewable UK Conference referred to "a third
industrial revolution" (see
<http://www.epolitix.com/latestnews/article-detail/newsarticle/speech-in-full-chris-huhne-2/>).
Do you know (or can you guess) which revolutions the film is referring
to and which revolutions Chris Huhne was referring to and what happened
to the 'missing revolution'?
