Human Rights are the basic fundamental rights entitled to each human being as he/she is a human being. these rights should be available to each person irrespective of their race, caste, religion or sex. The UNHRC(United Nations Human Rights Commission) drafted the UDHR(Universal Declaration of Human Rights). This action was taken in the wake of WWII which resulted in tremendous human loss. On December 1948 the UN General Assembly adopted the report on human rights submitted by the UNHRC and from them till present day 10th December is celebrated as World Human Rights Day.
The Fundamental Rights entitled to us by the Constitution are-
