How to make the notes field a required option

I am looking to try and make the notes field in the booking a required field.

Please can you let me know what I need to change to do this?

No problem, this should be OK - but can you let me know which one you're referring to please?

Is the the field at the very bottom of the bookings table when you're making recurring bookings as admin; or on the confirmation page when making a one-off booking?
