Google Classroom: Rubrics API preview

Hello Classroom developers, 

We are excited to announce that Rubrics CRUD functionality is expected to be available for public preview in the Classroom API sometime in Q4, 2023. This new feature allows developers to manage Classroom Rubrics on behalf of teachers.
