You can get free TP at Kroger since they double coupons. They have
the Cottonelle 4-packs priced at $0.99. I got 4 free 4-packs at the
new Kroger in Morgantown the other day. Of course, you still pay
sales tax.
If you've never printed coupons before, it CAN be tricky, but it's
usually worth it. You can usually print EACH coupon twice!
