Update on recent spam

Greetings Rev'ers,

Recently, a conversation was created in the Classical Rev PDX Google Group that has nothing to do with our group, or even music. It was created by a brand new account (now banned). We've also instituted a new rule, so any new accounts posting will require moderation before they can send an email to everyone in the group.

Apologies, and hopefully the new policy prevents this going forward.
