Call for Proposals: Make Music Day 2025

Hello Rev’ers!
The delightful event called Make Music Day PDX 2025 is approaching, and CRPDX is once again invited to participate. These events showcase musicians in a wide range of musical genres on open-air stages around the City, free of charge, and CRPDX is honored to be the rare presenter of classical music for Make Music Day each year. There are actually two opportunities for us on different days this time:
We’ll return to Khunamokwst Park - aka K Park - (5200 NE Alberta St, Portland), Sunday, June 29 2:45–4:00 PM. Same large, shaded stage as last year
We’ll play at a new location, Parklane Park (SE 155th Ave & SE Main St, Portland), Sunday, July 27 2:45–4:00.
At each location there will be a large stage. We will bring our own keyboard, if one is required, and the sound will be managed by the City.
We’re seeking, for each date, 4 to 5 small ensembles or solo players, to play at minimum 10 minutes (for soloists) and 15 minutes (for ensembles). We’ve made a simple form - just enter your info and select which date you’d like to play! Fill out the form here: https://forms.gle/UsUHXZ4Eyy9miakt7
