Since laws of physics are same in all inertial frames of reference therefore would simultaneity be observed if two strobe of lightning strike the longitudinal sides of a moving Einstein’s train instead of its front and rear for on-board and any observer in its panoramic view especially if stand exactly at front or rear of the train.

If isaforementioned  is observed at the same time then what would think about Length Contraction OR Time Dilation if every minuscule transverse section of the moving Einstein’s train is stricken by two strobe of lightning at the same time?
