I sent this to Randell Mill's earlier today and decided I would post
it here to see if anyone had any thoughts. If this really is the case
energy production may very well be extremely simple.
I have a conceptual theory about how the inside of the orbitsphere
connects the proton to the electron as well as how energy is accepted.
From the center of the proton "charges" spiral toward the poles along
waves wrapping around each other making a vortice of perfectly
parallel charges. The angle of the "charges" is steep at the beginning
then gradually flattens to a circle as it goes up/down and reaches the
orbitsphere boundary, the poles, where they are flat. The charges then
turn and repel and spiral down around the outside of a hemisphere
attracted to the proton. Steep at first then flattening out as they
reach the orbitsphere equator, whereupon, they spiral into the center
and start the pattern all over again creating a vortice of parallel
charges toward the opposite pole,repeating ad infinitum. The "charges"
on the sphere would be evenly spaced and would follow the lines of the
Dr.Mills orbitsphere at all times, therefore, it would be stable.
Wrapped around the pole vortices described above would be another
vortice that starts at the center of the sphere and encompasses the
pole vortices having a larger diameter at the top. Imagine Earth's
axis as the larger vortex and the parallel pole spiral as equivalent
to being perpendicular to the ecliptic. This "encompassing" vortice
would spiral in the opposite direction of the pole vortice. It would
spiral up along waves wrapping around each other until just before the
orbitsphere boundary where the charges would repel and would follow
the inside of the sphere until it almost reached the equator where the
"charges" would spiral into the center, along a plane that angled into
the center. These "encompassing" vortices would be iterative until
they reached the proton and would always go to opposite sides each
pass. The "encompassing" vortice would also go in the opposite
direction of the vortice it contains.
Stability of hydrogen and hydrinos would be due to resonances of this
pattern where the pattern would create spheres at 1/n the orbitsphere
radius down to near the proton radius where the proton and maximally
shrunken orbitsphere would resonate and combine to become a neutron.
Instability would result when an angled "encompassing" vortice passed
one of the stable orbitspheres, instead of a parallel pole vortice
ending at the orbitsphere surface. This would occur after photon
absorption, fusion or non-radiative energy transfer where the energy
given, or taken is too little or too much, due to the spheres having
to follow a 1/n n/1 pattern. Photons would also carry this same
pattern, in differing ways, as would neutrons and protons. The spiral
pattern within independent protons would allow it's orbitsphere to
spin either clockwise or counter clockwise depending on whether north
was up or down. Neutrons pattern would combine both clockwise and
counter clockwise spirals and therefore could not accept an electron,
that would only be possible when combined with the extra spiral of a
proton. Neutrons would also be smaller than protons due to more
binding energy, "charges". Multiple neutron/protons when fused would
continually become smaller due to increased binding energy..
An example of this idea is proton-proton fusion, which would contain
clockwise and counterclockwise spirals in order to fuse, north up on
one and down on the other. Fusing these particles would create an
unstable orbitsphere due to not being exactly 1/n or n/1 and therefore
having an unstable "encompassing" vortice outside the stable
orbitsphere, in other words it has unusable binding energy it must
throw off. The unstable "charges" of the unstable "encompassing"
vortice would go to the center where a new spiral would create the
proton spirals which run along side the neutrons 2 opposing spirals
due to not aligning with the resonant orbitsphere, which is now
smaller due to more binding energy. That is due to 2 protons merging
together. Then 2 opposing hemispherical spirals are created when the
charges spiral down from the 2 poles following along the orbitsphere
to the equator where they spin in to the center creating an electron
and positron, with the electron maintaining the stable orbitsphere and
the positron being repelled. The positron is the same as the electron
except the charges poles are flipped. The remainder would become a
neutrino which is not resonant with the proton/neutron orbitsphere 1/n
n/1 pattern and it would be expelled.

If you can model this with rigorous mathematics and find a way to publish it credibly then that might get his attention.

There is an infinite regress that goes outward to infinity getting
weaker as it goes out to space and stronger as it goes in towards the
nuclues. I do not have the mathematical rigor to prove it and even if
I did there is a good chance it is impossible. I can make a prediction
though and according to my understanding it could explain fusion on
the sun which would be powered not by gravity but the transition of
matter to lower energy states in the corona.
According to this idea the sun separates protons, which are spiral
poles going out from and back to a central sphere, northward and
southward, which hold magnetic charge from the electrons in the
plasma, which are flat disks that spiral out from and back to a
central sphere, this holds electric charge. Due to the way these
orient in the sun they magnetizes and electrifies the hydrogen
surrounding the sun, in equal proportion, driving hydrino transitions.
The resonant frequency of magnetized hydrogen in which the poles
stretch to a greater height and the electric field, disk, tightens
with electrified hydrogen where the poles compress and the disk
relaxes outward drastically increase the chance of hydrino
transitions, the hydrino transitions in the corona compress the sun
causing fusion, not gravity. Helium etc.. follow the same pattern. The
resonance that triggers hydrino transitions is when a magnetized
hydrogen is stretched to double the "height" of the compressed
magnetic pole of an electrified hydrogen atom. At this point they are
resonant and can give off either electric or magnetic energy,
depending on orientation which generally favors electromagnetic
energy, to an acceptor hydrogen atom.

Also that is in regards to the sun, not engineered applications. The
latter of which should be extremely simple to create.

After thinking about it electrons would all go into the sun while
magnetic energy radiates outward.

I also wanted to point out the infinite regress above would explain
the speed of light. As the energy density steadily increases the more
the nucleus is reached the more "momentum" the "photon" would have
while going outward to space would decreases the momentum as the
energy density is steadily decreasing in direct proportion. The
increase in momentum of "photons" in the nucleus and decrease of the
momentum of spacetime would both travel at the speed of light
cancelling each other out and therefore it would be a constant.

Dr.Mills theory and orbitshpere is correct and what I am proposing
does not conflict with it at all. Dr.Mills orbitsphere is what occurs
when it's magnetic field is exactly opposed to the magnetic field that
it lies within. The spirals outside the orbitsphere are cancelled out
by those that are inside the orbitsphere. This leaves nothing but the
orbitspere shells, which follow a pattern wherein they resonantly
shrink down to infinity and resonantly expand out to infinity.
