Sorry that this has come along so late, but as Woody mentioned in another thread I’ve been having computer issues. Anyhow, it was probably worth waiting until the jocks have finished kicking lumps out of our brave boys before choosing a team.
Just joking.....
All you need to do is go along to http://fantasy.premierleague.com/
and register yourself and a team. It's completely free and from a few year's
experience, if you don't tick any boxes about communications, you won't get any
spam from them. If you took part last year the old log-ins should still
work so you don't need to join again although it will ask you to update some
info. You'll need to enter a team now, but don't worry there's no penalty
for any changes you make up until when
the season begins on Saturday.
Once you've got a team set up just go along to the 'Leagues' page and select
'Join A Private League' using the following code 1230991-283394. If you've already set a team up and you were in
the league last year you might find yourself entered automatically.
Whichever way, you're good to go. The full rules about points, transfers,
managing the team etc are on the site. New entrants are always welcome.
As with previous years, I suggest we keep the entry fee at £5. Once we get to
the start of the season I'll contact all the entrants with my address so that
you can send cheques. We'll sort out the amounts for the prizes once I
get the money in. Please don't join the league if you're never going to
pay up.

Apologies again for the time that this has taken - life seems to have been amazingly hectic over the last couple of months. No excuses though, it shouldn't have taken so long.
Anyhow, the result of this year's Fantasy Football League is as follows
1st Akinfenwastan - Alan Swain
2nd Who is David Moyes - Jason Murray
3rd Team Stan - Steve Peck
2nd to last - Awesome United - Tom Wright
We had 26 teams giving a prize pot of £130 - to be honest I'm not sure everyone paid but I've lost the paperwork, so if anyone is inclined to own up (or rat someone out) then good on you but otherwise I'll pay up!
The prize money will be:
1st - £65
2nd - £40
3rd - £20
2nd to last - £5
Woody - as usual can you co-ordinate what I need to do with your work mates - cheers.
