New guy on the list!

A fellow named Sean Tarpy posted an ad for his classic Mini on the
bulletin board in the hallway here at Flying Circus and I came across
it just by chance. I hadn't met Sean so I emailed him and told him
about our mini Mini group. He said "sure" add me to the list. He's
selling his Mini now but hopes to be back in the Mini world soon. I'll
post the text of his for-sale ad in a moment...
