Everyone,

I am going to the British car show this Saturday at North Hills mall
with my 68 Austin Cooper. Is anyone else going? Attached are the
registration forms.

Also, I have a set of (4) Dunlop rubber suspension cones for sale and
(4)10X6 revolution rims with Yoko A008's. The rims come with lug nuts
and center caps. Both have less than 1000 miles on them. I am open to
offers on the cones but the rims are for sale at $1000 or best offer.

Cheers

Hi Sean,

Weather permitting my wife and I will be there.

Same here; if the weather's good and the kids are up for it, we'll be
there. It's a fun event, but I'm feeling a little lazy and ambivalent
about getting over to Raleigh from Durham. But it will be fun!

Desmond,

Our plans are not set yet, but we'll be leaving sometime between 8:00
and 9:00. I don't like taking the Mini on I-40 so we'll use the very
long back route of NC-54 into RTP, then Alexander Drive over to US-70,
and 70 to Crabtree Valley. From there you take local (neighborhood)
roads up to North Hills.

I haven't been to North Hills since my father died 10 years ago. I've
seen the changes via Google Earth and Google Maps. It's not the place
I grew up in and I'm a bit anxious about seeing it again.

There was a good turn out for Minis this year. There were a total of
5 Minis plus a Morris Minor in our class. The weather flipped between
short periods of rain followed by sun. Not too bad... but just enough
to alert us to the fact that my wife's car needs to have its wiper
motor/drive worked on.

Sean, it was good to finally meet you, I'm sorry you took off before I
could say good-bye.
