[Cadillac] Wiper motor troubles [2 Attachments]

I have a 1982 Oldsmobile 98 , the wipers are messing up. Intermitting never worked , along with that now when I turn them on , they sometimes don’t. I found clicking it to high , I’ll hear a funny noise then they come on. Just in case I looked up motor s. They say red wire to relay , see pic is this what I have? What other years cars will fit if I go to a junk yard .
