Guys,

Is anyone familiar with this product?

http://www.whitewallwipes.net/product.php?ProductID=3

Or can you recommend another one that doesn't dry out the tire or have other negative effects after time?
Thanks for the comments!

Davy

I have both the spray and the wipes. These aren't a magic one wipe and its clean type of product. You still have to put a little elbow grease into it, but they work ok. You do need to wipe behind it with a dry cloth though. The wipes are pretty saturated and the excess that you don't wipe away will be ery noticeable. I find them very handy to wipe away the black dusty roadfilm that always seems to be present after a drive. Hope this helps a little.

Simple   Green works great, and will not harm the rubber.

Diamondback tires recommends simple green and those fine grit abrasive sponges. In other words, they want you to sand off markings instead of bleaching the markings.

I bought 2 containers of those wipes and found them to be terrible and a waste of money! I use Bleech White and steel wool just like I did 50 years ago and have never had anything but nice whitewalls with no cosmetic effects. Sometimes I just use the steel wool pad by itself.

You bring back Memories of using Brillo and SOS pads. I just use the bleach white and paper towels.  Eliminates the abrasiveness of the pads with great results.  Of course now it's mostly brake dust and not curb scuffs.
