What is Oracle..i was going throught SQL to clause on w3school.com,
but i am not quite getting the function of it.

Oracle is a database (RDBMS - relational database management system). Helal bhai is right, but its not just a server, its a database server as well as the client. 

 

I didn't get the second part of the question...... "SQL to clause on w3school.com....." can you be little bit more specific?

optional join filter.

Still confused, send me the link to the tutorial page and I will
double check, but if you are talking about SQL Joins, then read on:

SQL Join is used to join multiple tables based on the relationship
which is defined using primary and foreign keys. Do a google search
using the keyword SQL Joins, but if you need more clarification, we
will talk about it in our next class.

Sorry for miscommunication about the class today i know some of you came by the class.
