Guys,

 

I filed an arbitration against zecco and they have responded and want to settle outside of the arbitration.  They are offering to erase my negative balance and are offering a portion of the cash that I lost due to their negligence.  I have not decided yet whether or not I want to take their settlement or not because I am asking for my full account balance back through the arbitration.  If any of you guys would like to see my statement of claim to help file an arbitration yourselves, let me know.  Zecco obviously knows they did somthing wrong because they are willing to make an offer to settle out of the arbitration, so I believe it is worth your time and energy to file an arbitration against them through finra.org.

Here is the email, that I got. Apparently, they are going to liquidate my
account. Have you guys got this email? My account is cash account so the
deadline may be different but it seems like Zecco keep going with their evil
