New Counselor available V.181 (v1.800/5,141)

Hi Players,

Changes: 

- Removed all victory point graphs.

- Removed the new BattleSimulator that calculated the full combat results.

Both changes are to keep Counselor compatible with Java 8 (Community edition) that has removed JavaFX. JavaFX was a component with more visual effects that we used lightly.

Upgrade is mandatory as your Counselor will stop working when your local Java is updated.
