New Counselor available V.179 (v1.786/5,060)
- Fix a difference in resources production between Counselor and Judge. Counselor now forecasts what the Judge will do with more precision, including all powers and packages.
- Edited the help message for the toggle "show city upgrade limits" to: "Enable masking for cities that cannot be upgraded due to proximity to existing metropolises or burghs. In some cases, a town can be improved to a burgh, but a metropolis in range is still marked the town as red. This is a known issue that will be addressed eventually."
