Track III submission

I am trying to do a submission for the track III. I just upload the predictions.json file with the submission id of our team name, but then the site gives :

Error uploading file. Please try again.

i appreciate your guidance regarding the submission and this error.

yes that fixed our problem in the dev phase, but yesterday we made a new submission, but it is still not on leaderboard! can you please check the issue?

Thanks for your submission. Some of your submitted triggers are empty, which causes runtime errors. We cannot change our evaluation code for this situation now to handle this exception. Please add some placeholders to avoid the error. Thank you for your understanding.
