Nature publication: Barley genome sequenced. CLARK, used in the intensive computational analysis

Hello CLARK users!

A complete reference genome of barley, one of the most important cereal crop in the world, is now available and published in Nature (article). This research work represents a decade of worldwide efforts (Australia, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Sweden, UK, and the US). The computational pipeline that enabled the construction of this high-quality reference genome, using large sets of BAC sequences, includes the CLARK system.
