Dear Clark team,

I'm trying to integrate CLARK on a pipeline. I would like to know how the db file name is generated. For example, for the standard bacteria database I get the files: db_central_k31_t1461_s1610612741_m0.tsk. I understood that 1461 are the unique number of taxids in the targets.txt file but what does the 1610612741 stand for? can I also get this information from targets.txt?

Best,
Vitor

Hi Vitor,

It corresponds to the hash table size, which can be changed in the settings (of course, before building any database).

Cheers,
Rachid
