Struggling to download Databases

to CLARK Users

Hi CLARK Users ,

I am New for CLARK-S. I have started yesterday with first and first thing to download databases, so I have executed this command : ./set_targets.sh DIR_DB bacteria viruses --species

But, All the time after few seconds Control connection closed was encountered, and restarting the download, followed by termination within few minutes. Can anyone help me to get out of this ? Thanks

I am sorry to hear you encounter this issue...

However, could you provide more information regarding your workstation (are you using a server? a PC/laptop?...). Please make sure to describe your situation as if you want someone else to reproduce same steps you did.

I am using workstation with 8GB RAM 1TB storage and 16 threads.
