Hi, 

I tried Clark on a mock data and I got good results, I wanted to try Clark-s to see if it will give more accurate results, but I can not run buildSpacedDB.sh

$ ./set_targets.sh DIR_DB_RNA custom --species

Collecting metadata of custom... done.

$ ./buildSpacedDB.sh

Please run the script set_targets.sh to define the targets.

What I am doing wrong ?

Dear user,

I am afraid I do have limited information. You should be able to run these 3 commands though, as explained in the README file and Overview page:

1. set_targets.sh ...

2. classify_metagenome.sh ...

3. buildSpacedDB.sh ...

Let's know what happens when you run them,
