Dear CLARK users,
This week, the new version V1.2.5.1 is released! A new script "getTargetsKmers_distribution.sh" (cf. Overview tab, or README file) is added to print the distribution of the target-specific k-mers. An option ("--long") is added to allow processing of very long sequences for the full mode and for CLARK-S.
In addition some code improvements and bug fixes are included.
Please feel free to check it out and let us know if you have any idea for other features, option or scripts to improve the classification system!
