The reference set of ITS sequences at NCBI is pretty thin.
Is it possible to use the UNITE database for fungal sequences with CLARK?

Hello Doug,
At this moment, there is no script/wrapper to download and process these sequences in the CLARK package. However, CLARK can run with other databases than NCBI and genomes from all domain. So please feel free to share with us any feedback if you have done any tests ?
If you have any script that would be able to download automatically these fungal sequences then I would encourage you to share them with the other users!
