New Version Available: Alpha-diversity, extended fungi database and new databases (protozoa, plasmid, plastid).

Dear CLARK users,

A new version is now available! Please feel free to use now V1.2.5 from the CLARK website. What is new:
  • The alpha-diversity is now included in the summary table per report generated by the script "makeSummaryTables.sh" (cf. README).
  • The database of fungi is now extended to 36 genomes from RefSeq.
  • Protozoa, Plasmid and Plastid databases are now included using complete genomes and sequences of RefSeq. The database we recommend by default is still "bacteria viruses", which represents about >10,000 species, however please consider working with "bacteria viruses protozoa fungi" as well.
  • Some updates, code improvements and bug fixes are included.
