Dear CLARK users,

The new version v1.2.3 is now available and ready to process sequences using the accession-number (since NCBI is phasing out the GI number)!
Please download and use the latest version of the CLARK package today.

This new release also contains simplification for the customized databases. Indeed, two scripts are now available:
the first one, "resetCustomDB.sh" allows you to reset the targets definition more easily every time you want to work with a new Custom database and, the second, "updateTaxonomy.sh" updates your local copy of the taxonomy data (taxonomy id, accession number, etc.).

The Overview page has been updated with directions for your convenience!
Best,
Rachid
