Dear CLARK users,
A new release has been posted and is now available on the CLARK website! Code improvement, and bug fixes are included in this version.
Note the following modification for your scripts post-processing the CLARK reports from "estimate_abundance.sh":
- The last column of the report describing the number of unknown reads does have now one more entry "UNKNOWN", corresponding to the lineage (in the case they are indicated for other lines of the report).
Now all lines in the CLARK report produced by "estimate_abundance.sh" have the same number of entry.
