Process Killed on a 320Gb RAM machine

Hi, I'm having problems during the construction of the database using a server with 320Gb of RAM. As you can see below, after i run the classify_metagenome.sh i wait quite a day for a killed process.

The program did not find the database files for the provided settings and reference sequences (18673 targets). The program will build them.
Starting the creation of the database of targets specific 31-mers from input files...

 Progress report: (11238/46544)    Killed

Can you help me to fix this issue?

It seems your job was terminated and did not encountered an error. Please contact your Helpdesk about this (they may know what happened) and/or re-run your program again (this time monitoring the memory usage).
