I could not be more Disappointed in #New Jersey Treasury, you have being

looking into this for almost 10 years, yes every time I send you email it is

same story “You are looking into it”. So I guess I should not look to be any

different this time. So I am letting you know, that I have not forgot your

swindling of rules to collect your Bonuses. By now you should know that you

are label as to be “CROOKS” and that label will not go way until you change

your attitude.   Thank You!!!

and passing laws which are “Discriminate’ Unethical’ Biases’ Prejudicial,

and cannot be justifiable enforced for all citizen equally, and that covers

majorities instead of individuality!

It is an open secret; that the dangerous crime increase in this country is

closely related with this type of laws. In my opinion the MAFIA can not be

more closely related to New Jersey Treasury Department then it is.

Thinking and we thus drift toward unparalleled catastrophe.

Truth is consider to be tough; it will not break, like a bubble, at a touch;

“except death and taxes”. However justice and fairness must prevail in which

NJ Treasury does not believe!

Because some corporation refused to pay user/sales tax, either claiming that

they are tax exempt, or they issue invalid resale's certificate, or they

simply Deducted user tax from my invoices, this organization have refused to

pay user tax “your tax”, These organizations had committed “Fraud a Felony”

and yet; ‘you’ NJ Treasury Dept. did not do anything about it. Well that is

not quiet accurate, yes they did they Rewarded Organizations that committed

fraud by collecting assessed tax by penalizing me and making me pay for it.

Now just think; for a moment about this, NJ State Treasury is protecting

Organizations that committed fraud never the less a crime. The Treasury of

New Jersey finds it much easier to penalize individuals then go after

corporation that has Lawyers standing by and possible of loosing Golden

Eggs.

You see this people are above civil rights or constitution which suppose to

govern this Country; a land that we living on, and fighting to death for,

that our civil liberty is not taking way from us. “That is it”? Yes however

it is taking way from us little bit at time as it was stated by famous

Dear law makers? How we spend our days is’ of course, is how we spend our

lives. What rights; do we have? As citizens of this country that is in

question isn't! Law-abiding citizen get penalized for the organizations that

committed fraud a crime.

After I made several complains to the Legislature; I been contacted by

gentlemen as acting chief investigator Mr. Mark Hartmann that he is

investigating the Situation. Well that some what put me on ease maybe this

gentleman will do something about this problem, I figure to give gentlemen

some time so I waited about month or so and I push letter to him requesting

info. What is going on? Another month or so pass by I finally got answer, I

will try to make small Version of what he got to say. It says because I did

not complain to Audit doing Time she done her thing; sorry we can do nothing

for you, and that they are going to wave $400.00 out of $26,000.00+ (ha ha)

what was taking from me; which I have Never received. It was stated that I

did not complain?

Ethical axioms; are found and tested not very differently from the axioms of

Science. Truth is that; what stands the test of ethical experience.

Interesting scenario; since first time I hear from audit since she started

Auditing was from judge that unless payment is made in cash or bank check to

Treasury Dept. of New Jersey warrant will be issue for my arrest. So how was

I?

Supposed to contest anything since I was convicted and sentence before I

could Review her finding? Regardless I do not know of any laws in this

country (for that matter or in any other country,) that Victim pays fines

for individual or organizations that commit criminal deeds, However that is

just what New Jersey State Treasury Dept. did to me. I have been “penalized”

for doing my civil duty attempting to collect sales tax for the state, and

for that I get rewarded by being force to pay unjust penalties. “Thank you!

As far as the laws; of New Jersey Treasury refer to reality, they are not

Certain; and as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality.

But the state of NJ has advocated laws to flatter them self how much blood

can they squeeze out of individual businesses, because? They know that

Lawyers cost more if you are to take them to court. New Jersey State had

violated my Constitutional rights by implementing such act; New Jersey State

had restricted my monitory usages of funds that are violation of my civil

right of movement. It seems to me by doing these acts; that State of New

Jersey has created “Unprecedented circumstances” where I am authorized to

use the force collecting State user/sale's tax, for that my action will be

States liability. You know it is very sad that we are sending our troops to

other countries to fight injustice when Our State Government use a

Communist/Gestapo tactics and claiming it to be a law; may I ask whose law?

Stalin’s/ Hitler's! Some system, some tactics, which our officials use, yes

so they can “Flatter” them self and claiming to be a law. Yes more like a

scam by crooks; so that they can put feather in they hats! Plus a nice

bonuses for Christmas and Easter.

State reimburses me with interest “Plus” what was taking from me.

Attn.: New Jersey Treasury Department I am no longer asking for money that

was taking from me. I am demanding money back with additional digits added

to it where $26,000.00 is now 260,000.00 “Because you have failed to fallow

Constitution of our Country, you have breach contract with people of this

country, you also breach the Oath that you took “serves and protect”

according to Constitution of USA. In Addition for my mental stress and

suffering, Inability to be husband/spouse “as I should be”. Plus defamation

of my Company and me. I am increasing my Value for you wrong doing to a $2.6

Million.  It is needless to say that this action by Treasury Department for

taxation; is Ruthless irresponsible beyond any limits for any person to

apprehend? The Route that was taking by you has put State of New Jersey and

opinion they are all unfit to serve as Legislators, they should be shame to

NJ Treasury Department helps to small business, Yes Ha ha!!!

Have Treasury Dept. State of New Jersey in 30 years ever send me Pamphlets,

Book, literature, or advising me how to go about collecting user/sale's tax.

The answer to that is NO!

 

Have Treasury Dept. State of New Jersey sent me instruction in case there

are Problems, getting people to pay they tax what should I to do about it.

The answer to that is NO!

 

Have Treasury Dept. State of New Jersey sent me any Information in case I am

Needed to contact some one, by phone, fax, name or department.

The answer to that is NO!

 

Have Treasury Dept. State of New Jersey inquired do I need help with filing

and getting prospective or active customers to comply with State laws of New

Jersey.

The answer to that is NO!

 

Have Treasury Dept. State of New Jersey Audit, while doing her work asked me

for verification when she find improprieties on tax collecting.

The answer to that is NO!

 

Have Treasury Dept. State of New Jersey gave me authority to force

Delinquent organization on tax payments to account for not payment.

The answer to that is NO!

 

Have Treasury Dept. State of New Jersey advise me what I will need to Show

when audit set appointment to check my books.

The answer to that is NO!???

 

Have Treasury Dept. State of New Jersey asked me is it convenient for me to

be there at date when audit is to take place.

Have Treasury Dept. State of New Jersey Audit took time to examining all

Invoices and papers, because if she did it would not have so many mistakes.

Note: Still do not know what happen to the money that state seized on my

Checking account after all the taxes and penalties have been paid that was

imposed on me.

After all tax has been paid which I was force to borrow from PNC bank

$24,000.00 and was negotiated by my CPA. You went and put Seizure on my Co.

Checking account without my or his knowledge may I ask "Why"! You have also

removed $5000, 00. And you have not provided any explanation for that. The

$400.00 that was supposedly being wave and I never got. Perhaps you can

explain why was this done, Is it because you wanted to show me that you can

do it, because there was no other reason since your demand of collection was

met, even so it was illegal.  I guess the only reason would be to defame my

Co. good name.

In 2005 and for Easter 2006 from the money seized on my Checking account,

since all allege “Illegal” penalties was met and paid. I was “NOT” giving

explanation why this was done.

I am/was service contractor (was) self-employed one man Corp. In the field

of

Environmental test Equipment/Industrial process equipment. All my work is

done per service call to Manufactures. The tax I have referred to is user

tax or resale’s tax "only" It does not have anything to do with any other

taxes. As I have stated I work per service call, customers call me when they

are need of equipment Repair. All Work is done through Purchase orders;

however some companies issue Po's before Work is done and some after work is

completed depend on Company's management set-up and how much of work is

involved. Companies that I work for can be those that are Government prime

contractors or subcontractors. Some companies will state on their Po's

clearly and visible we are user "Tax Exempted" with they exemption number,

others have issued resale certificate but state say "O" they are not valid.

So what do you want from me I am not lawyer or policeman, You are the Law

but apparently not but really scumbags let some one ales doing your work!

I am not authorized to use force on this people to pay your states

user/sale's tax, by the Law “I can only request”! I have no authority to

force these people to pay the Assessed tax but only request. But I have done

the work and invested my money in Material requires. What dose state expects

from me, take weapon and shoot the Bustards. Maybe that is just what I

should have done, since that is becoming very popular these days. State has

chosen to penalize me, “this is what they call helping small Business”.

Instead going after real violators.

 

It seems to me that Mafia has more ethics then New Jersey State Treasury

Department. And we have audacities to tell other countries how to run their

Government. It is really very sad for me to say this, because I was born in

Country run by Communist Government and now I am subject to the same

Terrorism by Sate of New Jersey as I was many years ago oversea. Additional

Was told recently by some people who had some experience with audit, that

this People (Audit) expect you to host them with vine and dine, Doing they

audit Sessions other vise you are up to creek. I do not know how much of

truth is in There; if is any? However if is truth I am sorry no one host me

in must cases I Was lucky if I got offer cup of coffee so? However Audit

Lady was doing her thing at my accountant office since most of papers he had

and keep for taxes, if I had to stay with her it means that no work would

have being done, which this person apparently did not like that, what the

heck’ she gets paid regardless. However I am sorry but if I do not work, I

don’t get pay as she does. Doing audit lady that did it work as I understand

she was with chilled and as I understand she was more interested in having

her baby then doing any work, I would like to know How much actual time she

put in and how much she claims actual work time. I grant her to be a good

Mom and "I honor her for that". However I object when it is done on my

expense. Just recently (Then) I learn from my accountant with letter from

Treasury Department Chief, Saying that I did not complain with in time

allowed by the state.  I am very sorry when Government screwed it up in my

book there is no time limit, it is life time just as our Government

persecuting Nazi’s what they did in World War 2! I wonder if Chief really

knows what his Department is doing since I have being sending complains From

White House on down. In regard to time limit where in the letter says that,

apparently  not in those I read, communicate that was sent to me none saying

that, that I have time limit; Every body was contacted more then once. If he

really does not know he is incompetent, if he do knows and did nothing about

it, then in my opinion I find him to be one of lowest life form that God

created. The person I am talking about Mr. L. Giuges Chief of Treasury

Department. May be his department employee should read email once a while. I

been posting complains From President Bush on down for past few years’ if

treasury department employees do want read email that is not my problem, so

now are looking for some excuses! Well ladies & Gentlemen excuse me! If you

have done your job properly according to Law first time I would not be

posting or complaining. However I will continue to remind you crooks above

that you owe me! I am 78 year old with one foot in grave and other waiting
