TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 29, 2004--Ionatron, Inc.,
formally U.S. Home & Garden Inc. (OTCBB: USHG.OB), today announced
that effective today it has changed the Company's name to Ionatron,
Inc. Ionatron, Inc.'s stock symbol will change to "IOTN" effective
April 30, 2004.
