EVERY man and woman convicted of a crime has also been the routine victim of
crime in America.
Convicted felons aren't interested in legalizing crime, but rather in law
enforcement reform.
We are interested in bringing men like Republican Hal Daub of Nebraska and
his gang of Omaha police officers to justice. As a vocal supporter of "law
and order" over the decades. Daub did nothing but prevent his being
investigated for the rapes of numerous women in America and the heroin
poisoning and torture of their children.
It's men like Hal Daub that we seek to bring to justice while also reforming
the laws and the sentencing guidelines for crimes like drug abuse and child
sexual assault.
Drug crimes are the most harshly punished in America while child molesters
get slaps on the wrist despite permanently scarring a child for life.
Additional criminal justice reforms necessary include remedies for the
falsely accused in America.
The recent Christmas Day arrest of actor Charlie Sheen in Aspen, Colorado,
is a perfect example.
During a alcohol fueled argument, Charlie Sheen's wife called police to
report her being a victim of her husband. Although the case is still
proceeding through court the facts are that the female was extremely
intoxicated making accusations against her the male and police arrested the
male based on the accounts of the drunken female, presumably as required by
law.
Both are currently in alcohol rehab.
People filing ficticious reports of assault and other crimes to conceal
their own guilt are common in America.
An estimated 99% of those using police as a tool of aggression or to conceal
their own criminality go unpunished. The crime of filing a false police
report is rarely pursued by proseuctors while the victims are nearly always
taken to jail or forced into a courtroom to defend themselves where plea
bargaining, despite being the victim rather than the perpetrator is the
typical legal defense.
Every man or woman arrested by police and forced through the cirminal
justice system at their own expense, often to be plea guilty to a lesser
charge is a victim of crime, committed not by police, but by their accuser
who summoned police and lied to them.
No remedy is available for recouping the cost of a legal defense in these
cases which, known far to well by those labeled criminals, cost not only
defendents thousands of dollars but the tax payer as well who not only pay
for the legal proceedings, but also for the attorneys when a public defender
is used.
The damage done to one's reputation by being falsely accused of a crime and
ending up with a criminal conviction on your record is PERMANENT.
Other reforms in the criminal justice system necessary involve much needed
transparency in law enforcement. Law enforcement investigations and the
procedures of law enforcemtn are treated "Top Secret". These include the
information law enforcement places on the National Crime Information
Computer or NCIC.
You are not entitled to see the information law enforcement personnel place
on your NCIC file and you can be labeled a gang member and treated as such
without ever being convicted of a crime.
Further abuses requiring remedy involve the use of cellular telephones and
other electronci communicatons devices which are being secretly monitored,
not necessary by law enforcement, but by law enforcement wannabes.
Having your life secretly monitored by amatuers, civilians whose motivaton
is only to impress law enforcement, to feel like somebody or for purposes of
hatred are a major problem in an age where nearly every citizen now uses a
cellular or cordless telephone, aka a radio transmitter.
Having your life constantly monitored electronically without a court order
is illegal but the laws are rarely enforced. It amounts to being held
captive in your own home by the perverted and hate filled spies who target
people for their own reasons. With no professional training and morals,
these spies ALWAYS gossip about the personnel of lives of those they have
targeted causing even more damage to a victim's life.
There are many reasons to get registered to vote as convicted felon when
eligible, None so strong as to pursue criminal justice reform which only
those who have been through the criminal justice system can attest to first
hand.

State of New Jersey Treasury Department
Because some corporation refused to pay user/sales tax, either claiming that
they are tax exempt, or they issue invalid resale's certificate, or they
simply deducted tax from my invoices, these organization has refuse to pay
user/sale's Tax. These organizations had committed fraud a felony and yet
the New Jersey Treasury Dept. did absolutely nothing about it. On top of
that, they have rewarded them by collecting assessed tax by penalizing me
and making me pay for it. Now just think for a moment about this, The State
of New Jersey is protecting fraud organizations from “justice", well yes you
see they happen to be above constitution! In addition, court system in this
country smells, no no “Sorry” it stinks including Supreme Court.
Thank you! What rights do you or I have as citizen of this country that is
in question isn't? Law-abiding citizen get penalized for the organizations
that committed fraud. Very interesting isn't. After I made several complains
to the Legislature I been contacted by gentlemen as acting chief
investigator that he is investigating the situation. Well that kind put me
on ease maybe this person will do something about this problem, I figure to
give men some time so I waited about month or so and I push letter to him
requesting info. What is going on, another month or so pass by I finally got
answer, I will try to make small version of what he got to say. It says
because I did not complained to Audit doing time she done her thing sorry we
can do nothing for you. That is very interesting since first time I here
from hear is from judge that unless payment is made in cash or bank check to
treasury Dept. of New Jersey with in 72 hours warrant will be issue for my
arrest.
The Route that was taking by them; have put State of New Jersey and the
Country centuries back. I do, not blame anyone specifically, however I do
blame entire Legislative system, and all that works for Treasury Dept. The
current and they predecessors in my opinion they are all filthy CROOKS, they
should be shame to be called Legislator's. Personal involved in this
particular case from Treasury Department are as fallow:
Attn: New Jersey Treasury Department I am no longer asking for money that
was taking from me. I am demanding money back with one additional digit
added to it where $26,000.00 is now 260,000.00, yes I know that I am passing
lots of gas for which they don’t give heck.
Note: The Company is out of business; However in my opinion you incompetent
crooks, will continue to be remind that you owe me money unless State decide
it is time to do something about it, otherwise you will be label as crooks
as you are!!!
This people were one involved with this collection but not at one time. In
addition, I was advised that collectors/audit is not state employee but
Contractors more they collect bigger bonuses they get. Good luck to anyone
