Ocean Resources Affirms Business Program for Base Metals Retrieval in Interview with CEOcast

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 30, 2004--Ocean Resources, Inc.
(OTCBB:OCRI - News) announced today that it affirmed its program for
base metals retrieval in an interview conducted by CEOcast. Ocean
Resources' co-Chairs, Dennis McLaughlin, who also is CEO, and Nick
Sinclair-Brown participated in this interview. This interview is

During the interview, co-Chair and CEO, Dennis McLaughlin reviewed
how Ocean Resources has reduced shareholder risk through its business
model. Mr McLaughlin stated that they "avoid exploration risk" through
an approach that he says "is akin to an industrial operation". In
regard to their current planned projects, Mr. McLaughlin also stated
that "we know precisely where they are located".
Mr. McLaughlin mentioned that the first voyage is set for late
this Spring for a wreck with a base metal cargo with an "approximate
market value of about $7 million". Mr. McLaughlin also stated that
future projects are much larger, "the next project is approximately
eight times larger than this one, with others on the drawing board".
Mr. Sinclair-Brown, a specialist in international maritime law,
covered the issue of rights to retrieved cargo from the types of ships
Ocean Resources has identified. He described how the precisely
targeted selections minimize the risk of cargo ownership conflicts.
Mr. McLaughlin described the thorighness of the final preparations
for the planned voyage, and stated that "final modifications to the
vessel are being made".
