NEW PROVIDENCE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 29, 2004--LexisNexis
Martindale-Hubbell, the leading client development company for the
legal profession, today announced the release of Recruitment
Management System 4.0 and On-Campus Interviewing Plus 4.0, newly
enhanced versions of their eAttorney legal recruiting management
systems.
Nearly two out of three U.S. law students use eAttorney in
launching their legal careers. eAttorney was the first Web-enabled
legal recruiting site for law students and legal professionals, and
now boasts a customer base of more than 150,000 legal professionals
that includes many of the nation's most respected legal institutions
and prestigious law firms. eAttorney's product suite facilitates
on-campus recruiting for law firms, automates law schools' career
placement offices and provides a vehicle for lateral attorney
placements. LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell acquired eAttorney in June
2003.
"Martindale-Hubbell has backed up its promise to provide the
focused development resources necessary in order to enhance the value
that the eAttorney product suite delivers to our customers," said
Samuel Kellett, Jr., founder of eAttorney and now president of the
eAttorney division of LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. "The investments
we have made into product development have enabled us to release two
new versions of these systems that offer significantly increased
functionality in all areas, and a number of enhancements are already
underway for additional releases later this year."

The new releases consist of the following:

-- Recruitment Management System 4.0

The flagship eAttorney system now provides users with enhanced
electronic document delivery options, the ability to save previous
searches, significantly expanded reporting tools, automatic
notification when candidates respond to openings, customized
evaluation forms, and new email tracking options.

-- On-Campus Interviewing Plus 4.0

With a slick new interface for students, the eAttorney solution
for law schools now offers new and improved resume printing features,
enhanced interview scheduling capabilities, improved safety measures,
instant reminder messages to assure that student resumes are
published, and an upgrade that makes it easier for law schools to use
eAttorney as part of a consortium of institutions. Also included are
expanded reporting options for students and the ability to track
previously uploaded documents.

"The eAttorney product suite is the only recruiting relationship
management system that connects law students, attorneys, law schools
and law firms," said Timothy B. Corcoran, vice president of business
development and marketing at LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. "The new
versions we've released provide legal employers and law schools with
powerful new capabilities for efficiently managing the entire
recruitment process -- from identifying and screening candidates
through selecting and hiring new attorneys."
