Magazine's July 2003 article entitled "Getting Away With Murder" by
editor, David Griffith, was recognized by the Western Publications
Association (WPA) for Best Signed Editorial. Griffith, the POLICE
Magazine editor for the past three years, has over 20 years of

The POLICE article won out over 6 category finalists at the 53rd
Annual WPA Maggie Awards attended by over 600 publishing professionals
on Friday, April 23, at the Westin Hotel, Los Angeles International
Airport.
