ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 29, 2004--Blue Cross Blue Shield
of Georgia (BCBSGa) today announced a new administrative services
agreement to continue processing health benefit claims for Georgia's
Department of Community Health's State Health Benefit Plan and for the
University System of Georgia's Health Benefit Plan. BCBSGa currently
serves 394,000 members through the State Health Benefit Plan and
63,000 members through the University System of Georgia's Health
Benefit Plan.

The new agreement is effective July 1, 2004 for the State Health
Benefit Plan and January 1, 2005 for the University System's Health
Benefit Plan. The agreement is for one year with three annual renewal
options.
