Company has appointed William R. Nelson, a 24-year veteran in the
ozone technology industry, as Director of Research and Development. He
has also been appointed a seat on the Board of Directors effective
immediately.

consecutive grants, from the Alaska Department of Commerce. He proved
in his grant studies that by using an ozonated rinse, and ozonated ice
to remove bacteria, that he could significantly improve the quality of
the product, and extend the shelf life. Since then, he has worked
