Clarest PDFtoImage crash

Hi there,

 

I experienced a crash of this program when trying to convert it from PDF to image and my system is Wins 7 64bit.

Is it happening with only one file, or any PDF file? And if you are not using 1.5 version, please go to www.clarest.com to download the latest version and test your file again.  If crash still exists, please send the file to clare...@gmail.com to test. Thanks.

Hi there,

 

I am currently using the latest version from your website. However, do take note that if I do not click the button "Stop" and add in files to convert, then it will convert the files without a hitch. But should I press "Stop" then add in the files to convert, and once I press "Start" then the program will stop responding and crash. Thank you
