Hi Alison,
I was a little surprised you did not ask me to deliver the AGM notices to Conway Court.
I tried to call your land line 3 times but was cut off,so I have sent you a text as well as this e-mail.
I wish you all well with AGM, as you are aware I cant be with you,as I leave for surgery in India
on the 29th June.
One point I would like to raise,is item 7,you have given 20 mins to Marion from Honeycroft
to raise concerns about refuse and cycles.
I cant comment on cycles but refuse I can,if you dont mind.
About 2 years ago,I raised the the matter of Honeycroft refuse with City Clean
they are not allowed to use the Residents bins in Conway Court,they were issued 2 green bins
for there own use.
every thing has been fine since,so hope they not after more bin use,if so they should ask City Clean.
