Good Morning Dave,

We are currently carrying out urgent health and safety concrete repair
works to Conway Court. These works do not preclude any cladding works, in
fact we cannot over-clad any concrete building without undertaking concrete
repairs. I will keep you informed of progress and anticipated completion
date.

With regards to the cladding programme to Conway Court, you will need to
contact the council's asset management team as they plan the overall
programme and Mears delivers it. The asset manager is John Currell.

I hope this information clarifies the situation, however please let me know
if you need any more details.

Kind regards,

Delia

Hi Delia,

Do you know what all the scaffold is doing on Conway Court?
If they are fixing the ring beams, is it a permanent job and would it be
instead of cladding? Cheaper?
